These terms govern your use of DictaWiz for iOS. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

The app

DictaWiz is a keyboard and notes app that provides voice dictation, on-device AI text editing, and recording-to-notes features, available on the App Store at apps.apple.com.

Subscriptions and purchases

DictaWiz offers a free tier with a monthly usage allowance, an auto-renewing subscription for unlimited use, and an optional one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed through your Apple ID account settings. Pricing is shown in the App Store before purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use DictaWiz to generate or transmit unlawful, harassing, or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app beyond what applicable law permits.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you dictate, type, or record. As described in the Privacy Policy, this content stays on your device by default.

Disclaimer and liability

DictaWiz is provided "as is." AI-generated text, summaries, and skill results may contain errors: review important output before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, DictaWiz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
